Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated fresher to join our team as an Associate DevOps Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in DevOps while working alongside experienced professionals in cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern deployment pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure (especially AWS).
Learn and contribute to automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Support the team in deploying and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Help automate repetitive operational tasks to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Participate in writing scripts (using Shell, Python, or Go) to support automation efforts.
Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Collaborate with developers and database teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
Stay curious and eager to learn new tools, technologies, and best practices in DevOps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Good understanding of Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, or AWS Linux).
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Exposure to CI/CD tools like GitLab or GitHub Actions (academic/project experience is acceptable).
Understanding of networking basics – TCP/IP, DNS, etc.
Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Shell, Python, or Go).
Eagerness to learn DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred (Good to Have):
Internship or academic project experience in DevOps or Cloud.
Basic understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Certification in AWS/DevOps/Linux (not mandatory but a plus).
